Da Nang: Banning on-site service from 12 noon 7-5

Accordingly, from 12 o’clock on May 7, Da Nang temporarily suspends operations of restaurants, shops, and food and beverage service establishments. Only sell goods to customers to take away, order and sell goods online, delivery to customers. Restaurants are strictly forbidden to serve on the spot. This was done right after three consecutive cases of COVID-19 were recorded in Da Nang today. Earlier, on the evening of May 3, the People’s Committee of Da Nang City also requested to suspend many non-essential activities to prevent and control the epidemic. Public means of passenger transport (including taxis, GrabCars) in the city are allowed to operate but transport no more than 1/2 of the allowed number of people for each type of vehicle and take measures to prevent and control prescribed translation.
