Porsche 911 Turbo S officially arrived in Malaysia after more than a year of its world launch, the price of this car here is at 2.2 million RM (about more than 12 billion VND).

After the launch of the Porsche Taycan rear-wheel drive in Malaysia earlier this year, Sime Darby Auto Performance (SDAP), the Porsche brand distributor in the country, recently launched the powerful 911 Turbo S. In the Malaysian market, the most powerful version of the current 911 will be priced at RM 2,235,463, equivalent to about VND 12.47 billion. This price includes tax but does not include vehicle registration. Similar to the Vietnamese market, the price above of the Porsche 911 Turbo S does not include the price of options. In Vietnam, this model has a starting price of VND 15.33 billion. According to Porsche, the new generation 911 Turbo S 992 is the most powerful 911 ever introduced to date. Both the Coupe and Cabriolet variants get a new 3.8-liter boxer engine with two VTG turbochargers, producing 478 kW (650 PS), a 51 kW (70 PS) increase over its predecessor. Maximum torque is now 800 Nm (50 Nm increase). The exclusive Porsche 8-speed dual-clutch (PDK) automatic transmission for the Turbo version shortens the acceleration time from 0 to 100 km / h to 2.7 seconds (0.2 seconds faster), in when the constant top speed reaches 330 km / h. The dimensions of the 911 Turbo S are significantly refined to increase performance: The body is 45 mm wider on the front axle (1,840 mm) and the overall width is 1,900 mm at the rear (20 mm increase). Changing tire width, increasing aerodynamics and using a combination of tires of different sizes for increased flexibility and sportiness: Tire width increased by 42 mm on the front axle and 10 mm on the rear axle. The active aerodynamic system includes the front cooling air vents, in addition to the wider rear side designed to increase compression. For the first time, the 911 Turbo S version transmits traction to the road surface through a combination of two different sizes: 20 inch size with a special parameter of 255/35 in the front wheel and 21 inch size with parameters 315/30 in rear wheel. New equipment options emphasize the sportiness of the all-wheel drive 911. The addition of Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) has been lowered by 10 mm and a sports exhaust system with custom flip doors for signature sounds. The overall harmonious design is perfectly balanced with steering feel, aerodynamics and sportiness, making it an ideal choice for everyday use and on the track. This new generation’s performance leap is especially noticeable when accelerating 0 to 200 km / h in 8.9 seconds, the new 911 Turbo S version is 1 second faster than its predecessor. Improved Porsche Traction Management (PTM) optimizes torque distribution to the front wheels of the transmission, up to 500 Nm. The new generation’s standard PASM chassis is more sporty. The interior uses high quality and sporty materials. The 10.9-inch PCM center screen is newly arranged to help the driver always focus and manipulate quickly. Other prominent elements include the GT sports steering wheel, the Sport Chrono package with the new Porsche Track Index application and the BOSE Surround Sound System.
