This was originally an enclosed lakeside agricultural land, but in 2020, when the corrugated iron fence is removed, this wasteland has turned into the most majestic cafe on the shore of Phuong Luu Lake. The project, invested by Hong Ngoc Trading and Service Joint Stock Company, has a scale of more than 35,000 m of lakeside land in Dong Hai 1 ward, of which more than 4,700 m of land has been cleared and issued a pink book in 2017. .
