MXH audio, voice communication; MXH ensures information security for users; Business social network for internal communication; publicity of the algorithm; MXH is social infrastructure, so it must be clean, responsible for users and to the society; MXH is the foundation, so it is necessary to share the value with users… These are the new features and features of the social network to replace the first generation. “This is an opportunity for Vietnamese businesses to develop new generation social networks” – The Minister stated. Second, the need to build a new generation of search engine, aiming to ask a question that will have a reliable, usable answer instead of asking a question with millions of answers without knowing reliability. The year 2021 is the first year the TT-TT industry implements the National Strategy of Digital Transformation (CDS) with the aim of leading the country. Accordingly, Minister Nguyen Manh Hung requires excellent strategy to lead, have breakthrough vision and solutions. In particular, the digital infrastructure strategy focuses on 5G and cloud, technology and infrastructure provided in the form of services, as a number of essential platforms, with a smartphone per person, per household.
