He said that after the company adjusts its strategy, it is not all going well, but it must seize the key tasks of the new season. Brand issues, low-carbon, new energy business, intelligence, etc. are all key tasks.
Song Zhiping said, Under the new season, companies should go from competition to competition . “The business environment should be symbiotic. It is good to have competition, but disorderly virtual competition and vicious competition are not conducive to the development of enterprises. Therefore, it is necessary to compete and cooperate.
In his opinion, Industry interests are higher than corporate interests, and corporate interests are bred in industry interests . The war is over, and companies need to collaborate and cooperate. “Cement companies operate in this way, so today, despite the excess capacity, cement companies are very healthy. Therefore, when we are doing business, we should not only consider competition but also cooperation.”
Song Zhiping also said that from symbiosis to sharing is also the key to the development of an ideal enterprise. He gave an example: Haitian Group is an employee stock company, and employees hold 59% of Haitian Health.
He envisioned, Can everyone be a shareholder , Allowing human capital to enter the distribution, turning the enterprise into a shared platform. In addition to salary, it also allows every employee to have a dividend . “This is my ideal enterprise, and I also think that the future enterprise should develop in this direction.”
