It was originally planned to enter space in the late 1970s, but the “Diamond” military space station project was cancelled. The launch of the “Salute-4” military space station was also cancelled, and the “Shield-2” space missile and “Shield-1” space cannon attached to the “Salute-4” space station also failed to enter space service.
