The National Assembly has issued Resolution No. 160/2021 / QH14 on pilot placement of titles full-time delegates of the Hanoi People’s Council.

According to the resolution, the Standing Committee of the Hanoi People’s Council consists of the Chairman of the People’s Council, 2 Vice Chairmen of the People’s Council and members who are the Head of the Committee of the City People’s Council.

The Chairman of the City People’s Council can be a full-time delegate of the People’s Council; The Vice Chairman of the City People’s Council is a full-time member of the People’s Council.

The Committee of the Hanoi People’s Council is composed of the Head, 2 Vice Heads and Members.

The chief of the municipal People’s Council may be the full-time delegate of the People’s Council; The Deputy Head of the Board of the City People’s Council is the full-time delegate of the People’s Council.

The Board of the municipal People’s Council has a full-time Commissioner.
