Through consideration, this agreement includes relevant contents such as: preserving and repairing Thai Hoa wooden frame, roof system, foundation and wall; preserving, repairing and restoring decorative components and interior works; repair, reinforce, and adjust the electric campus ground yard, handrail and earth-retaining wall system; embellish gardens, small landscape, technical infrastructure system.

According to historical and scientific documents, Thai Hoa Palace is the most important architectural work in the Royal Palace of the Nguyen Dynasty.
