During the rehearsal of the show, I like to wear the performance clothes first to make sure I don’t make a mistake. Therefore, costume problems are also rare. – Kieu Loan can share her favorite exercises to have a toned body? – I think to achieve a toned body, I have to be healthy. If you want to slim down by fasting, your body will become weak. I often choose gym exercises to improve health. At work, I usually spend 1-2 hours doing squats, planks or physical exercises. In addition, during important planning periods, I mostly practice dancing to stay healthy. It helps me balance singing and dancing on stage. – Do you have a diet to keep in shape? – I’m a fan of food, so I don’t follow a certain regimen too seriously. However, I often choose clean and fresh food, not too greasy or fat. When I have an appointment to eat with friends, I eat vegetables for a healthy stomach and then use fruits that have a quick effect on digestion.
