The life of him and his girlfriend is encapsulated in a house less than 30 square meters on a private island.

In 2017, Tim Davidson (Florida, USA) got her “ultimatum” to live separately, starting an independent life. As a lover of minimalism, Tim decided to focus on only the essentials: the bedroom, the living area, the kitchen and the entrance. So a small home would be the perfect solution, according to Bored Panda. Tim then bought a 25-square-foot mobile home for $ 70,000 and named it Tiffany. “I just feel that it perfectly suits me. The layout of the house is exactly what I want, it works very well and has everything I need, “Tim said. The house has 2 loft, a fully equipped bathroom, living space and kitchen as requested by Tim. Indoor spaces are well utilized, from space-saving smart furniture to modern and cozy motifs. Tim and girlfriend can completely live comfortably in this house. After having Tiffany, Tim started looking for a land to live in for a long time. He found a small island also in Florida on the Zillow real estate website for $ 200,000. “It was raw land and was not used for anything, not even an address,” Tim said. When moving to the island, Tim realizes that Tiffany can be unsafe if there is a storm or strong winds. So he started asking for permission from the city government to build another house on the island. His second house and his girlfriend have a solid octagonal shape, measuring 29 square meters. “The roof trusses are like spokes on a wheel, if one is pulled up by a hurricane wind, the rest will act together to keep the roof stable. This house is guaranteed to be solid for 50 years.” “Tim explained. In normal weather, he rented out a second house to get more income. The interior of the second house is simply decorated, modern and also makes the most of the space. Because of the octagonal shape, the house feels spacious, filled with natural light. In addition, the island of Tim also has a small warehouse surrounded by glass, used as a gathering place for eating, receiving guests or a common living space. “I am very satisfied with my little paradise. A living space that is both quiet, fresh and comfortable”, said Tim. The American boy and his girlfriend also set up a separate Instagram page to update photos of the houses and life on the island, attracting more than 12,000 followers.
