The cooking area is not visible from the living room but hidden behind the bar in the middle of the room. The kitchen is compact but still fully furnished. The living room and kitchen are separated from the bedroom by a light plywood partition. The walls are fitted with LED tubes, programmed to be controlled manually, that can create different lighting effects. The budget is limited, so the decision for materials, the technical options of finishing the apartment are simple. The owner has actively participated in the project from design to interior installation. As an engineer, he gave technical solutions. The homeowner has chosen natural materials for the furniture such as wood, micro cement and natural paint. Concrete ceiling is designed simply and eye-catching.
