At the meeting, Lu Chaohui, director of the Pinghu Market Supervision Office, which accounts for the majority of elderly care institutions, first conveyed the spirit of the higher-level departments on regulating the work of elderly care institutions, pointed out the common problems existing in the elderly care institutions in the jurisdiction, and put forward specific requirements for the food safety operation regulations of the elderly care institutions. . Combining with the real cases of “Overlord Clause” and “Unlicensed Operation” currently existing in pension institutions, the case will effectively enhance the legal awareness of the majority of operators and eliminate hidden food safety hazards. Subsequently, Pinghu Law Enforcement Squadron leader Shan Chunyu combined with the “Article 33”, “Article 120” and other legal provisions of the Food Safety Law to explain the requirements of food operation regulations and the legal responsibilities assumed by the operators one by one. The key interpretations of outstanding issues such as “irregular operation”, “non-establishment of ledger”, and “non-standard retention of samples” in elderly care institutions have made the participants have a deeper understanding and experience of common problems and clarified the direction of rectification. Regarding the opening conditions of the canteens of elderly care institutions, the staff of the branch examination and approval office will give a detailed explanation on the food business license application process, especially the location conditions of the dining area and food processing area, the specifications of the kitchen, the necessary facilities such as cleaning cabinets, disinfection cabinets, and food retention. The sample requirements and other aspects are combined with the actual verification on the spot, and the key explanations are given.
