Overcoming 180 nominations from 113 information technology enterprises, the product of ‘Information system integrating electronic office and administrative utility’ of the Electricity and Information Technology Company (EVNICT) belongs to Vietnam Electricity (EVN) was awarded Sao Khue Award in 2021 by the Vietnam Software and Information Technology Services Association (VINASA) in the morning of April 24, in Hanoi.
“Information system integrating electronic offices and administrative utilities” of EVNICT was awarded in the field of management and administration of organizations and enterprises. This system consists of digital office software (Digital Office) and utility modules for office administration, currently being used at EVN office, 9 corporations and units of 9 corporations, member units of EVN, contributing to improving the application of information technology in administrative reform in EVN.
Digital Office system is the application of information technology in the management of offices and archives, and is applied to EVN. The system is built on the basis of a professional process developed and issued by EVN and applied throughout the Group. Digital Office meets the following goals: Applying new technologies, digitizing business operations and archives; building a full range of features to meet the newly issued professional documents and in accordance with the new regulations and standards issued by the State; suitable for centralized and distributed deployment model, multi-level unit; store, process and exploit data in a centralized model (corporation level) to minimize the time for querying, synthesizing and processing, to serve the administration and administration of EVN. and complete and rapid corporations. The system of office administrative utility modules provides digitalization of professional processes in the office administration at EVN using electronic digital signature; utility modules are built and integrated on the basis of the electronic portal EVN (EVNPortal) and the digital office system Digital Office. EVNPortal is a highly open designed and developed system that provides a platform for solutions, digital management tools for business processes; data integration with other applications; application programs on EVNPortal are integrated with a one-time login system for convenience and security for users. In the future, it may be ready to add other administrative utility services according to actual needs, aiming to provide comprehensive electronic payment services within EVN. The theme for the year 2021 of EVN is “Digital transformation within the Vietnam Electricity”. EVNICT plays an important role in realizing digital transformation. Accordingly, the unit not only performs the tasks of managing and operating the telecommunications infrastructure system; building and operating information technology systems for EVN’s production management but also consulting and advising EVN on the development orientation of telecommunications and information technology. EVNICT’s Sao Khue award-winning product once again affirms the company’s determination to fulfill the tasks assigned by EVN in 2021 and the following years in the digital transformation process.
