The three “low-key” provincial capitals in the Northwest have almost no sense of existence. Which one do you prefer?

This is Liu Xiaoshun’s Institute of Travel and Life.

Speaking of large cities in northwest my country, many people should immediately think of Xi’an, the capital of Shaanxi Province, or Urumqi, the capital of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Xi’an and Urumqi, as the core cities in the northwest region, are often paid attention to. They are also regarded as “net celebrities” cities in the northwest, so they have a high sense of existence.

However, in addition to the two “net celebrities” cities of Xi’an and Urumqi, the northwest region has three relatively “low-key” provincial capitals. Although there is usually no “sense of existence”, the speed of development in recent years is also very fast. As everyone sees, which of the three “low-key” provincial capitals in the Northwest region do you prefer?

1. Lanzhou

Lanzhou is the capital of my country’s Gansu Province and a city with a long history and rich tourism resources. Lanzhou is not only an important industrial base and comprehensive transportation hub in Northwest China, but also one of the important central cities in the entire northwest region. The Silk Road economy The important node cities of the belt.

Speaking of Lanzhou, many people should first think of “Lanzhou Ramen”. Compared with Xi’an and Urumqi, although Lanzhou is relatively well-known, it seems that Lanzhou has not received much attention now. Many people talk about Lanzhou. Except for “Lanzhou Ramen”, there is no other impression. It can be said to be quite “low-key”.

2. Xining

Xining is the capital of my country’s Qinghai Province. It is also a famous historical and cultural city with particularly rich tourism resources. Xining is one of the highest cities in the world and the eastern gateway to the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. The ancient “Silk Road” South Road and the “Tangbo Ancient Road” “The place where it must pass, the geographical location can be said to be unique.

However, Xining is a particularly “low-key” provincial capital. When many people talk about Xining, they don’t even know that it is the capital of Qinghai Province. If you talk about Qinghai Province, the first thing you think of is “Qinghai Lake.” The provincial capital of Qinghai Province, it is estimated that many people are at a loss and can’t remember Xining in a short time, right?

3. Yinchuan

Yinchuan is the capital of my country’s Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and the largest city in Ningxia. Yinchuan is an important commercial town on the “Ancient Silk Road”. It is located in the middle of the Ningxia Plain. It lies on the west edge of Ordos in the east and Helan Mountain in the west. The Yellow River passes through the city of Yinchuan. It is also an important historical and cultural city in Northwest China.

Like Xining, Yinchuan has always been a very “low-key” capital city. When it comes to Yinchuan, it is estimated that many people have no impression of the city. Even when it comes to Ningxia, many people seem to think about it, besides thinking of “Ningxia wolfberry”. Nothing else, Yinchuan has to be said to be a rather “low-key” capital and provincial capital city!

So, have you ever traveled to the Northwest Territories? What is your impression of the Northwest region? Do you think that besides Xi’an and Urumqi, the three very “low-key” capital cities of Lanzhou, Xining and Yinchuan, whose development prospects will be better in the future? Which one do you prefer?
