The wooden steel staircase winding over the water is a unique highlight in the interior space.

The project is located in Long Bien district, Hanoi, has the structure of a townhouse with two open front and back sides. Design architects give an image of a modern house that is still close thanks to the wood material in the gate system and the facade. Because the house is facing west, the wooden bar is arranged to both contribute to prevent heat radiation and also play a role in shaping the building. Taking advantage of a part of the ground floor for the garage, the roof garden of this architectural block creates an open green space with trees reaching high in front of the house. On the first floor is the space connecting the living room – kitchen and dining room. Stairs to the upper floor are designed nestled on one side to create a wide open space. Modern style interior with simple lines. Main color is neutral. Wood is used in a reasonable amount to bring intimacy but still elegance. The kitchen and dining room are located at the back connecting to a small back garden. Modern kitchen cabinets with white-brown color scheme create harmony. The house is also equipped with an elevator in the corner of the house to increase convenience in use and living. Stairs with slender, graceful steps. The second floor is a children’s space with two bedrooms. Interestingly, the long staircase upstairs stops here and is followed by a new staircase in another position that winds across the water. Next to it is the living and playing space of the children. This is an interesting and expensive highlight in the interior of the house. The use of the dark color of the bottom of the water surface feels deep, but actually the water is very shallow for safety. The third floor is the parent bedroom which is arranged as a mini apartment with different functional areas: sleeping, toilet, wardrobe and dressing. All arranged in sequence and handy.
