The number of medical declarations from February 2020 to present reached 25,197,428. Portal “Vietnam Health” has a website with 43 million visits, this application also reaches about 1.6 million downloads. Especially, in just two weeks, Viettel has installed and integrated nearly 4,000 surveillance cameras in isolated areas in the northern provinces. Viettel’s virtual switchboard (Cyber Bot) has made more than 200,000 calls to subscribers who have not installed Bluezone to mobilize and provide instructions on how to use it to protect themselves and the community from the COVID-19 pandemic.
