– 150 g of spinach
– Salt, water Step 1: To prepare this vegan tofu at home, wash and soak the beans in water for about 5-6 hours. Then, peel off, rinse. Use a slow juicer to squeeze the soybeans for water. Step 2: Boil the soybean water over medium heat. During the cooking process, stir your hands well and skim off the foam. After the water is boiling, turn off the heat and add a bowl of rice vinegar mixed with water. The rice vinegar will help to precipitate the soybeans immediately.
