Remove the beans from the pan and transfer to a plate lined with paper towels. Next, put the beans in a large bowl and mix with soy sauce, ketchup, sugar, rice vinegar and vegetable broth. Step 3: Cooking Tofu Sauce with Bell Peppers: – Pour cooking oil into the pan, then add garlic and ginger to fry until fragrant. Add the onion and bell pepper and sauté for about a minute. – Put the tofu in the pan and stir well. Bring to a simmer and cook until sauce thickens, about 3-5 minutes.
