After 4 months of being put into use, Vietnam Social Security has continuously upgraded its applications, added utilities, and enhanced user experience such as: Adjusting the function of using health insurance cards on the application; online public service integration; connecting notification system on VSSID application with SMS system, increasing interaction between application users with the social insurance agency. In the near future, the application will be used optionally in 5 languages ​​(Vietnamese, English, Korean, Chinese, Japanese), meeting the increasingly deep international integration in the field of welfare. society. At the beginning of implementation, the application was only evaluated with an average score of 1.6 / 5 points (maximum score is 5 points) on 2 application stores. Up to now, after more than 4 months of implementation, with efforts to add gadgets, improve user experience, the average score of the application achieved on Google Play is 4.2 / 5 points, on AppStore is 3.6 / 5 points.
