After 4 months of being put into use, Vietnam Social Security has continuously upgraded its applications, added utilities, and enhanced user experience such as: Adjusting the function of using health insurance cards on the application; online public service integration; connecting notification system on VSSID application with SMS system, increasing interaction between application users with the social insurance agency. In the near future, the application will be used optionally in 5 languages (Vietnamese, English, Korean, Chinese, Japanese), meeting the increasingly deep international integration in the field of welfare. society. At the conference, representatives of the Center for Information Technology and Social Security of Vietnam gave basic information about the features and utilities of the VSSID application such as: Personal management – Health insurance card, participation process, benefit information. and manage medical examination and treatment books; online public services; online search; information about the policy; reflections, recommendations … These information were discussed actively by delegates attending the conference, many questions were promptly and fully answered by the Vietnam Social Security. After more than 4 months of implementation, the country has over 1.7 million downloads, installation and use of VssID application. At the beginning of implementation, the application was only evaluated with an average score of 1.6 / 5 points (maximum score is 5 points) on 2 application stores. Up to now, after more than 4 months of implementation, with efforts to add gadgets, improve user experience, the average score of the application achieved on Google Play is 4.2 / 5 points, on AppStore is 3.6 / 5 points. Thereby, users are gradually satisfied with the quality, features and utilities provided by the Vietnam Social Security on the application.
