According to Professor Hoang Van Cuong, one of the issues that need to be discussed of university autonomy is the need to have a mechanism to protect those who dare to think and dare to do. There must be people who dare to think and dare to do things in management to have positive and breakthrough changes. The removal of barriers and entanglement of university autonomy is also a task set for the Club.
