On April 16, Hoa Vang General Hospital (Da Nang City) said the unit had just received emergency aid for 32 students of Hoa Khuong 1 Primary School (Hoa Khuong Commune, Hoa Vang District).
Accordingly, more than 8 o’clock of the same day, 32 students were hospitalized with chest tightness, shortness of breath, nausea and headache. In which, 5 children with severe symptoms were transferred to the Hospital of Obstetrics and Pediatrics (Da Nang), 13 cases were admitted to the hospital’s pediatric department, 6 cases were followed up at the emergency department, and 8 cases were lightly allowed to go home.

Parents of these students said that recently, they bought toys at the grocery store in front of the school gate. However, what that toy is is currently not confirmed.
Ms. Le Thi Tuyet N. (residing in Go Ha village, Hoa Khuong commune, Hoa Vang district) said on the Traffic Newspaper, on the morning of April 16, when her child passed grade 4/1, watching their friends play, they felt sick and sick belly and be transported to the hospital.
Children who play directly with toys got heavy, while others were mildly affected by watching their friends play and not having contact.
Currently the cause of the case is being investigated and clarified.
