The bridge is located in the new urban area of Phu My Hung, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, across the Thay Tieu canal connecting the Ho Ban Nguyet area with the canal area. The bridge is called Starlight Bridge because its surface is designed with led lights shining upwards, giving people walking on the bridge the feeling of walking on thousands of stars.
