Thanks to his time in France, he learned to fly, so Uncle Ba is a pilot who controls the plane every time he visits the field. King Bao Dai’s plane was purchased with public funds. Only Bac Lieu’s son is the only Vietnamese who owns a private jet. The reputation of Bac Lieu’s son’s way of life and play resounded throughout the land of Cochinchina. The expression “Bac Lieu’s son” was born in the early 20th century to refer to the children of rich people who are more interested in playing than in learning and working. At first, this idiom was just to generalize about the rich children in Bac Lieu, but later on, because Ba Huy’s play performance was so outstanding, everyone understood that when it came to this word, it was referring to him.
