Nguom Ngao Cave is one of the priceless gifts that nature bestows on Cao Bang.

However, do not be so immersed in the poetic scenery of the green waterfall in the mountains and forests that you forget that Cao Bang still has an equally beautiful place – Nguom Ngao cave.

Nguom Ngao Cave is about 2,144 m long but has only been exploited for nearly 980 m, the inside of the cave is almost pristine with hundreds of unique and attractive shapes. Over time, stalactites and stalagmites have created vivid and interesting scenes that make people admire and be amazed.

The unique feature that makes the “name” of Nguom Ngao scenic spot is the terraced fields formed by the limestone floor that has been eroded and weathered for many millions of years. The most special is the upside-down “Golden Lotus” limestone block, which is really a masterpiece of nature. The petals seem to be meticulously trimmed to perfection.
