As noted previously, line workers do not have to push up to 3,600 plugs into holes in the body per shift. This new process is less complicated, faster and produces a higher quality product. The robot does this kind of work that looks like a barcode scanner. It only takes three minutes to do the whole job while 1 person needs more than seven minutes.
