According to the official website of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, after the presidium of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, a total of 577 effective candidates for the academician co-election in 2021 have been determined. On February 17, the Kweichow Moutai public account announced that Wang Li, the chief engineer and chief quality officer of Moutai Group, was shortlisted as an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering.

According to an article in the journal “Wine Making”, after graduating from Shaanxi University of Science and Technology with a major in food, Wang Li entered Moutai as a researcher, and then went through a path from researcher, technician, technical executive to company executive.
