Acer Predator gaming laptop is updated with the latest Intel chip and Nvidia card

Acer has updated its Predator and Nitro series of gaming laptops with the latest Intel chips and Nvidia cards.

Machines like the Predator Triton 300, Predator Helios 300, and Nitro 5 will now come in upgraded configurations with the latest 11th Gen Intel Core H series processors and Nvidia’s GeForce RTX GPUs, including the GeForce RTX 3050 and Nvidia’s GeForce RTX GPUs. The latest RTX 3050 Ti that the company has just announced. In addition to the deep upgrades inside, Acer also updated the screens of the above products to help gamers not miss any movement. The new display panels will take advantage of the enhanced performance that Nvidia’s GeForce RTX 3000 discrete graphics provide, the option of ultra-fast FHD 360Hz or 165Hz QHD panels on the Predator series. The Nitro 5 series will have a 165Hz QHD screen. Along with Intel’s H-series processors, Acer claims that the CPU’s clock speed can reach frequencies up to 5GHz. The Predator Triton can be configured with a 32 GB RTX 3080 DDR4 GPU for extreme performance in a 1.9cm thin machine. To keep the blow molding machine cool, Acer features exclusive 5th generation AeroBlade 3D fans with metal blades and bionic blade tip design for 55% better airflow than comparable plastic fan designs. The Predator Triton will be available in July with prices starting at $1,699. The Predator Helios uses the same 5th generation AeroBlade 3D cooling system and Intel’s H-series processors with the RTX 3070 GPU. The Helios 17 model also has similar thermal performance and comes with a dedicated Turbo key for overclocking. out of the box and supports Thunderbolt 4 and USB-C. The price of the Helios 17 is yet to be announced. Finally, the Nitro 5, the machine is equipped with Intel’s Core H processor along with Nvidia’s GeForce RTX 3070 GPU with 2 sizes of 5.6 inches or 17.3 inches. The screen-to-body ratio is 80%, the key travel is 1.6mm deep, the touchpad is completely black, and the RGB keyboard. The Nitro will be available in June. The 15-inch version starts at $1,099, while the 17-inch version costs $100 less. According to Digitaltrends
