Recently, a 20-year-old guy from Spain named Andres Canto completed the construction of an underground bunker that he plans to spend time with friends.
Accordingly, the hideout has a living room and bedroom as well as heating, wireless internet and a stereo system.

Andres started digging a cave in which he created a bunker because at the age of 14, after an argument with his mother, he often wanted to hide in the cellar to “breathe”. Arguing with his mother, the boy dug underground tunnels to “breathe”. (Photo: Twitter) After choosing a favorable location, the 20-year-old called for help from his friend, who has a pneumatic drill, and together they created a cave about 3 meters deep. Andres reinforced the roof, walls with concrete and columns, then created a cozy atmosphere inside so he could relax with friends in the cellar. The total cost of creating the underground tunnel is only 60 USD. “Andres is determined to get the job done, because he has always loved the job. Since he was a child, he often built small huts and treehouses,” wrote the New York Post. “I have always loved building huts. I live in the countryside and often find a suitable place for me to build a small house,” Andres shared. However, Andres’ hideout sometimes flooded and was regularly visited by insects, spiders and snails, but the amateur builder was not at all shy about this problem. “I have no problem with them. I knew I might have destroyed their home, so I gave them a chance to build a new one,” Andres added. Meanwhile, Andres’ parents show a love for his underground lair. Now it is important that the cellar is verified by the local authorities. The inspectors had to make sure that the shelter met all the safety requirements so that the guy and his friends could hang out in it without endangering their lives. Also related to tunneling, recently, rescue forces in Mexico have just rescued a man who was accidentally trapped in the same tunnel he dug to secretly spy on his girlfriend. To avoid detection, he dug a tunnel for several days to go underneath his girlfriend’s house in Puerto Penasco, Sonora state, on the Gulf of California. After the incident, the new girlfriend told police that she had heard strange noises for weeks before but only thought it was cats. When rescuing, authorities said the victim was drunk and severely dehydrated. After being rescued, this man is currently detained for investigation.
