China’s $17 million architecture turned into a children’s playground

The iconic architecture of Liaoning province, China worth 17 million USD has been turned into a playground for city children.
The image of children and parents carefree climbing and playing at the 112 million yuan (US$17 million) “Circle of Life” structure that is the symbol of the city of Fushun. Liaoning province, northeast China, startled many people.

Even to build the “Circle of Life”, city planners had to cancel 3 other works. Built in 2012, the “Circle of Life” architecture is about 153 meters high and is made from a giant 3,000-ton steel block. At night, the bracelet is lit with 12,000 LEDs.
