Culinary ‘paradise’ in Hanoi’s Old Quarter is deserted after the closure order

Contrary to the usual crowded and bustling look, many street eateries and amusement parks in Hanoi are falling into the “closed and bolted” scene because of the COVID-19 epidemic.
