Uptime Tier 3 is the 3rd on the Uptime Institute’s four-tiered data center scale. In addition to meeting technical standards, EcoDC cooperates with VNCS – a member unit specializing in information security of Hanoi Telecom to provide comprehensive information security solutions from anti-DDOS, firewall, and central information security (SOC) to individual security solutions for each customer.
