Design “hidden floor”, level 4 house but like a resort

It seems like a house with a simple design, but inside are many smart solutions that provide comfort without resorting ice cream.

Located on the hillside of an area in the capital Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Ottiqa House has a humble appearance that seems like a 4th grade house. However, inside is a spacious, airy space with up to 3 floors. As a house of length, Ottiqa House is designed to deal with light problems by opening openings in both the front yard and the back yard. Two courtyards are also where homeowners plant trees to filter out smoke and dust affecting the living space. The walls on both sides of the house are covered with green trees. The tree space is pebbled to separate from the entrance to the house. Thanks to the full glass door system, the indoor space is bright and bright like the outdoors. With the low height of the facade, many people mistakenly think that Ottiqa House is a 4th grade house. However, in fact, the house has 3 floors inside. From the kitchen back in, the floor is lowered from the road surface. The kitchen area gets light from the backyard. Floor clearance is the connecting area and responsible for the distribution of light throughout the floors. The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 room on the first floor and 2 rooms on the second floor.
