Falcon & Winter is the top series in the world?

The biggest drawback of streaming services lies in the fact that platforms often do not transparently disclose viewership data. Everything related to the TV show is currently only available through the Nielsen analytics site. Disney+, Netflix, Amazon and others are not required to provide this information to advertisers, but this would inadvertently make it difficult to gauge the show’s success and potential future.

So the statistics still often come from single expert analysis. Recently, according to Variety, TV analytics provider TVision announced that Falcon and the Winter Soldier was the most watched series in March. TVision aggregates viewership among the three main streaming carriers, Disney+, Netflix, and Amazon. The latest Marvel Studios show was watched 40.4 times more often than regular TV shows. The series beat out other competitors such as This Is a Robbery: The World’s Biggest Art Heist and The Serpent in April, even breaking WandaVision’s record in March. This development also highlights the effectiveness of weekly releases compared to a series like Netflix. Only a month from now, Loki will hit theaters and with the feat of Falcon and Winter Soldier, surely fans are no longer skeptical about the commercial and communication power of the series that God tricked Asgard into as a pilot.
