The husband did not suspect his wife but still wanted to do DNA tests with the children.
The incident happened to Mr. Lin, who lives in Kaohsiung, Taiwan (China). It is known that Mr. Lin married Ms. Huang in 2008. The couple has 3 children together. However, the life after marriage of Mr. Lin and his wife is always in the state of “rice is not good, soup is not sweet”, often arguing and angry with each other arise.
In March 2020, Mr. Lin decided to have a DNA test with his three children, who just wanted to feel safe and secure about his wife’s feelings. Unexpectedly, the results returned surprised him to the point of “speechless”.
It turns out, the two boys born in 2013 and 2015 are not his own children. Realizing that his wife had been “cuckolded” for a long time, Mr. Lin was furious. Unable to reconcile with his wife after the surprising discovery, Mr. Lin decided to file for divorce. He also asked his wife to compensate 1 million yuan (more than 3.5 billion) on the grounds that his wife had betrayed twice that made him extremely painful and angry.
The case was brought to trial by the Kaohsiung City Court in April 2021. Appearing at the trial, Ms. Huang said that during the time he lived together, Mr. Lin not only had a negative attitude, but also was addicted to alcohol and refused to become a practitioner. The money she struggled to earn was all spent on unworthy things by Mr. Lin, while her family was not well-off, and even had to live on social subsidies.
Family situation increasingly difficult. At the time of giving birth, Ms. Huang had to apply for a child care allowance from the Kaohsiung City government to pay for the medical facility. She even had to eat toast and vegetables to hold her breath and give rice to her children so that they wouldn’t go hungry.
Ms. Huang revealed that Mr. Lin never took care of the children. Whenever they get drunk, they treat their wife and children like sandbags and beat them badly. Even when the husband and wife separated, Mr. Lin refused to pay child support.
Despite the sad story, Ms. Huang said that she did not justify adultery. However, she felt that the 1 million yuan compensation fee was too large and unreasonable, so she asked the court to reduce it to 100,000 yuan (more than 350 million dong).

After the separation, she had to work hard every day at the construction site, but the money she earned was still not enough to live and raise 3 young children. After considering many different factors, the court ruled to ask Ms. Huang to compensate Mr. Lin 200,000 yuan (more than 700 million dong). The three children are still raised by Ms. Huang, but Mr. Lin is responsible for supporting the couple’s common child.
Before that, another man in China also secretly took a DNA test with his son because he saw that the bigger he was, the more like his grandfather. However, this man not only could not find evidence of his wife’s adultery, but also caused the scene of “breaking the door and breaking the house”.
Specifically, Mr. Chu and his wife trusted each other through the recommendation of a friend, soon afterward they got married and planned to have children because both are not young.
