This website and application are developed and managed by the Ministry of Health. Through these two methods, people can report health care for themselves and report for others. When making a medical report on the website https://tokhaiyte.vn: After logging in this address on the website browser application (using computers or smartphones, tablets), otherwise choose the section on domestic movement declaration. Then, log in the phone number, the system will send the OPT code to the registered phone number for authentication and declaration. In case of declaring for themselves, guests fill out personal information, according to the required fields. In case of household registration, check the box for household registration and then power the information of the person who is declared on behalf of them. After completing the fields of personal information, information will be stored for future trips so that visitors do not need to re-declare if registering and logging in with the same phone number. 
The declarant needs to fill in enough information as required (in case of household registration, check the box of Household registration at the beginning of the declaration) In the last 14 days, did you go to any province / city, country / region (many places can be passed): if so, the declarant should list details of the points passed; otherwise just write No. When it comes to domestic travel, the declarant needs to choose the means of travel (plane, train, passenger car, boat and private vehicle). After that, the declarant should fill in the required information accurately and completely, vehicle number, trip number, departure point, destination, date of departure, date of arrival … Followed by information related to health conditions 14 days prior to the trip, such as: fever, cough, difficulty breathing, sore throat, exposure risks, chronic illnesses, pregnancy. … All of these items have been automatically selected as no, unless otherwise with anomaly, yes will be selected. Then the declarant needs to enter the Security Code, and Submit the Declaration. The system will send a notification of Successful Declaration (green notification on the right corner). Guests wait for the system to return notification information with QRCode code used for travel procedures. At this point, the declaration has been successful. Passengers are advised to take a screenshot with this QR code for inspection upon request. 
When successful declaration is made on the website of electronic medical cover declaration, the system will send a notice with the QRCode code, the declarant needs to take this code again to serve checking upon request. In case of making medical declaration on Bluezone application: Before the trip, people need to download the Bluezone application to their handset and install it. This app is available on the App Store app store (on Apple iOS devices) or Google Play Store (on Android devices).

After a successful installation, people need to register and login. After logging in to the application, right on the main screen of the application, there will be a Medical Declaration section to make electronic medical declarations for domestic trips. When successfully declaring, the system also sends back the QRCode code so that guests can take screenshots for checking when making trips. In case of not taking screenshots, guests can also easily find the declaration in the Medical Declaration List, all declarations are automatically stored on the application, with QRCode code, the date the declaration is made for retrieval. back when the declarer needs to use it. 
After declaring the required information, the application will display the results of the declaration with the QRCode code, the customer can take a photo or easily find it in the Declaration list (the list will appear as soon as you choose the Declaration Medical newspaper at home page).
