Making Step 1: Mix the flour crust Put warmed fresh milk in a large bowl, add 15g sugar, yeast, stir well. Step 3: Create potato flour cubes After the flour has rested for 30 minutes, bring the dough out and knead it gently by doubling the dough from both sides a few times, forming a rectangular dough and then using a dough cutter to divide the dough into 3 parts. Each part of this flour is rolled up and then rolled out by hand to roll the potato filling made in step 2. Roll the potato dough into a circle so that the flour covers the potato flour evenly. Then use your hands to flatten the potato flour block, put it in a baking tray lined with parchment paper, cover, and incubate for about 20 minutes for the dough to rise about 80%. Step 4: Bake the cake – Beat egg yolks with cooking oil, spread evenly on the surface of the potato flour block, then press down with your fingers to form equal holes on the surface of the cake, sprinkle sesame on the surface of the cake. – Turn on the oven at 180 degrees Celsius, preheat the oven for 10 minutes, put the dough mold in step 4 into the oven to bake for 20 minutes until golden.
