The new owner of the most expensive crown in history was revealed after the Miss Universe finale.
Before the final round Miss Universe 2020 Taking place on the morning of May 17 (Vietnam time), the organizers brought a closer look at the crown named “Power in Unity” (roughly translated: The power of unity).
According to the GMA News Online , it was created by luxury jewelry house Mouawad. The company director said the crown is set with a 62.83 carat yellow canary diamond in the center. Additionally, two included yellow canary diamonds on the sides add extra sparkle.

The intertwined tree motifs represent the diaspora of women from around the world. It reminds us that solidarity makes us stronger than apart,” said director Mouawad. As a famous jewelry house, nothing can make Mouawad difficult. However, the inventor said that the biggest challenge when making this crown was to create the extraordinary, to understand and embrace the values of Miss Universe. Accordingly, the person wearing this crown will represent ambition, diversity, community and beauty. Mouawad is a luxury jewelry, watch and accessory company founded in 1891 in Lebanon. David Mouawad is the founder, but the development of the brand worldwide depends on his son – Fayez Mouawad.
