I will divide the ingredients into several groups: green vegetables (kale, spinach, lettuce …), sweet fruit (ripe banana, ripe mango, red apple …), berry fruit (strawberries, raspberry Black sticky rice, blueberry …), fatty seeds (chia seeds, flax, almonds, walnuts, cashews …), starch (oats …), protein-rich seeds (pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds. ..), liquid (seed milk, coconut water, filtered water, fresh milk …), powder (spirulina, moringa …). Depending on your preferences and habits, you can add an appropriate amount for breakfast. A high-protein grain smoothie is enough for breakfast. You can add more protein with a jar of unsweetened yogurt. The smoothie served as my family’s breakfast staple. Therefore, I will give a full range of substances and a nutritional balance. A smoothie is the easiest and fastest way to get enough vegetables every day. However, make sure your vegetables, fruits and vegetables are all clean ingredients.
