This is Xiao Yu’s travel diary, stop and go, and watch Xi’an with me. After several days of rain, it finally turned fine on the weekend. The temperature is not high and the weather is clear, which is a good time to travel. Today, Xiaoyu recommends a geological wonder of the Qinling Mountains. There are no tickets here. It is relatively unpopular. It is only about an hour’s drive from Xi’an city. It is very suitable for a day trip to the surrounding area. This is the Wangchuan cave. Wangchuan Karst Cave is located in Wangchuan Town, Lantian County. It takes about an hour to reach by car from Xi’an City. The town of Wangchuan has a long history and beautiful environment. The great poet Wang Wei of the Tang Dynasty once lived in Wangchuan and left many classic poems. At present, the whole town is building a “poetry and painting town”, and the scenery along the way is quite good. Wangchuan Karst Cave is considered one of the most famous scenic spots in Wangchuan Town. Tickets were originally collected here. Later, due to the admission-free policy of all scenic spots in Lantian County, it has now been opened to tourists for free. PS. Every time I recommend Lantian scenic spots to everyone, I cannot help boasting the Lantian government. As the only county in Shaanxi that announces that all state-owned scenic spots are free of admission, it definitely deserves our visitors’ praise. Although it is a free attraction, the quality of Wangchuan cave is quite high. This is not only a geological wonder of the Qinling Mountains, but also “the home of ancient humans.” In addition, it is an unpopular scenic spot and there are not many tourists. Personally, I think the tourism experience is good. There are two caves that can be visited in Wangchuan Cave: Xishui Cave and Lingyun Cave. These two natural caves are on the mountainside of two mountain peaks, and both need to climb mountains to reach them. This period of mountain climbing is not long, and it can be reached within half an hour at a normal speed. The mountain roads are all built stone steps, although it takes some physical effort, but fortunately, the high cliffs and ancient trees on both sides are still very cool. Xishui Cave is the first natural cave developed by Wangchuan Karst Cave. Archaeologists have discovered the remains of ancient humans in this cave, so it is also a cultural relics protection unit in Shaanxi Province. According to legend, Han Xiangzi, one of the Taoist Eight Immortals, used to cultivate immortals in Xishui Cave, so now the outer hall of the cave still enshrines Han Xiangzi. With the outer hall facing inward, it is a natural cave that can accommodate thousands of people. The scene is quite shocking. Lingyun Cave is a series of caves, with a total of 8 floors above and below, and hundreds of stone landscapes. Everything in our eyes is full of vivid stalactites in various shapes and shapes. We are in them, and we are constantly sighing for the supernatural workmanship of nature! When visiting Lingyun Cave, visitors need to walk slowly from the top hall to the bottom, and then climb up from the other side of the passage. The most dangerous places can only be passed by one person, which is quite enjoyable. In addition to watching the magical geological wonders, many ancient trees growing on the cliffs can be seen in the Wangchuan cave scenic area. Some of them are too magical and have become the landmarks of the scenic area, attracting many tourists to make special trips. Finally, I will talk about some useful travel information, friends who want to come can refer to: 1. Tickets for the Wangchuan Cave are free, and the parking fee is 10 yuan. 2. If you come to play, you can directly navigate to the “Wangchuan Karst Cave”. From Xi’an, you can take the high-speed or national highway. The whole journey takes about 1~1 and a half hours. 3.
