It is not uncommon for young people to own their own apartments and live alone in Vietnam. Tran Hang is an economically independent girl with a good job and stable income. In the past, she spent a period of time staying in hostels, wishing to have an apartment that she owned. After accumulating enough money, she turned her dream into reality. The apartment she bought is 70m2 wide, received raw handover, unpainted, no floor… 
Homeowners choose industrial style for their “peaceful place”. The design of the investor is 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Tran Hang only lives alone, has few guests, so he redesigned it into a master bedroom and a multi-purpose office, if there are guests, he will put a sleeping pad. During the stay, she had to move several times, she learned from her own experience, she should not buy too many things. Each time moving house will be very hard, the living space is stuffy. She is determined to make the interior as minimalist as possible. 
Living room to office. When you need to focus, pull the door back into a separate room like the next 2 pictures. This room is also a guest bedroom when needed. The owner has a set of mattresses, blankets, sheets and pillows available for guests to put in the master bedroom drawer. Her style is Industrial. A style that is very popular in Vietnam because it not only shows the bold nature but also helps the space become more elegant and sophisticated. 
The sofa set by design is white to stand out and match the kitchen, but after a while of hesitation, Tran Hang decided to choose a clean gray color. Mirrors with led back lights create accents, making the space magical and strange. Although he did not buy a TV, Tran Hang still installed ready-made receivers, the room later sold the house, the new owner could use it. If other design styles try to hide the rustic flaws, the Industrial style encourages it, it removes the cumbersome, extravagant things and only distills what is pure and necessary. for living space. The main feature to identify the Industrial style is the raw walls, natural wood-clad walls, or polished concrete walls… All have created a simulated factory space with simplicity but no less sophistication and attraction. 
Minimalist kitchen, not many things, so it looks neat. The washing machine is designed under the coffee-making corner. Besides, the use of light bulbs is a recognizable feature of the Industrial interior style. Designing large windows to take advantage of natural and healthy light sources is also one of the points people are interested in. One of the reasons that the industrial interior design style has received a lot of attention today is because of its uniqueness, seemingly simple design but full of implications. This design style requires a large amount of floor space and little furniture for the room. 
Folding dining table, can be made into a kitchen island. Industrial style colors are dark and the furniture and pieces are so strong that you only need to highlight some of the decor of the apartment. The investor’s design has 2 bedrooms, but Tran Hang broke the wall and made it a multi-purpose room. In order to save time, Tran Hang hired a package designer, until the end of the day, just carry a few boxes of things in. However, she did not expect that the process of choosing kitchen equipment, toilets, water filters, air conditioners, floor tiles, wall tiles, etc. also took a long time. 
The desk uses black painted iron details – typical industrial style. She tinkered with home pages, forums and some furniture fairs to research and choose. After that series of days, Tran Hang also added a lot of knowledge about interior and design. 
The master bedroom does not use large cabinets, limiting details. The front WC has no glass door overlooking the bedroom. Architects beat the wall to replace it with glass doors, to make the room brighter and more airy. The total cost to complete the apartment, including electronics, is about 600 million VND. “I was lucky to meet a designer with a heart and satisfaction, so all stages were smooth,” Tran Hang said.
