As a unit of EVNNPT established on May 1, 1981, after 40 years of building and maturing, generations of leaders of PTC1 always care and invest in people, so that employees can own equipment, technology, ensure the power grid operation, safety, efficiency and quality assurance. Apply technology to check heat emission, detect the cause of the problem early Currently, the power grid managed by PTC1 is mostly transformers with large capacity (250MVA with 220 kV), (900 MVA with 500kV), along with oil resistance are the main equipment in the substations ( TBA). The company has widely applied online monitoring equipment to control the pressurized state under OLTC load, cooling system, current, pressure, oil … revealing the breaker of the company applying GIS, COMPACT technology, vertical compensation systems 500kV-2000A, new technology … is implementing the roadmap of gradually bringing 220 kV substations into remote control. The company is also the leading unit in the lead and acceptance of digital substations in Vietnam (220 kV Thuy Nguyen substation) and is assigned by EVNNPT to develop a process for accepting digital substations in the corporation. The development of technology and the rapid growth of the volume and scope of management requires that the qualifications of the staff be enhanced to meet the requirements.
