A cold sore is not dangerous, but often annoying. Here are some foods to help you beat the raging cold sore.
Cassava flour: Topping the table of cool foods, not to mention cassava flour contains many vitamins and minerals. You can drink it raw (mix cassava flour directly with water) or eat it cooked (cook or dissolve the tapioca flour with a little cold water then pour in boiling water to make the dough).

Bean powder: Green beans, black beans are both cool and contain many nutrients, thus can help reduce colds. Legumes can be processed by boiling drinking water, cooking tea or making a stew with bones, ribs, hooves … Orange and lemon juice: Citrus fruits such as oranges, tangerines, lemons, and grapefruit contain lots of vitamin C and minerals, and have cool properties that can aid in dissolving cold sores. Coconut water: Coconut is one of the fruits that can soothe the body, help kill bacteria and heal the heat spots in the mouth. In addition to drinking coconut water, the juice from copra also works to clean the mouth and soothe the heat. Cheek juice, fish lettuce: Famous for its coolness, Gotu Kola juice has a great effect on clearing body heat, fighting antioxidants and helping wounds heal. Fish lettuce is often chosen when the body is hot, however, due to its fishy taste, not everyone can eat it. To make juices, you can squeeze each of them or mix them together.
