Quang Nam sets a target that by 2030, 100% of level 4 online public services will be provided on a variety of means of access, including mobile devices. 100% job profile at the provincial level; 90% of job profiles at district level and 70% of job profiles at commune level are handled in the online environment; 70% of regulatory agencies’ inspection is done through the digital environment and regulatory information systems. To implement the project of developing digital government, Quang Nam province has approved a budget of 901 billion VND. In which, 350 billion VND from central budget and non-business expenses, 320 billion VND from central budget.
