Thot Khedol, in Tay Ninh, people often call it ‘tree of love’. In the middle of the vast rice fields, the couple leaned against each other. Recently, after a tree was knocked down by rain and wind, people were able to restore it to have a double jaggery.

Couple uttering love Located not far from Ba Den mountain, Khedol field is located in Thanh Dong hamlet, Thanh Tan commune, Tay Ninh city, known to many people for its cool, windy and peaceful green rice fields.

From the two sides of the mountain, the wind blows into the field all year round without rest. Most of the people living here are Khmer people, they named this field Wind, because Khedol in Khmer means Wind. Speaking of the pair of love palm trees, no one in Tay Ninh does not know the beauty of this legend. People here do not know who planted this pair of jaggery and since when. Elderly people who have lived around the fields for a long time said that when they were born, they saw this pair of trees present. Around the beginning of 2017, photographer Ha The Bao (Member of Tay Ninh Culture and Arts Association) accidentally caught a couple of Kvan jaggery standing tall, intertwined in the middle of Khedol field. Sunset and sunrise photos here appear one after another. Many photographers from all over the country also come to hunt for beautiful moments of this love legend. Since then, this place has gradually become the ideal check-in and photo-taking spot for many young people, even creating a trend on social networks to attract a large number of tourists when coming to Tay Ninh.

Many people said that because they loved the scene of Khedol double jaggery, they returned to Tay Ninh, to run, to see Khedol Suoi Da road on the side of Ba Den mountain. Revive the jab couple However, recently, after just one night of rain and storms, one of the two love palm trees had to collapse, leaving a lonely tree standing in the middle of the field. Many hope the tree will be saved and as beautiful as before. Tay Ninh people and nature lovers have expressed their love for such cute trees!

(Sungroup Tay Ninh). The palm tree seems to be revived. The strangled body is bundled, then used iron to support, brace the tree to stand against the tree next to it, which is still standing. Tay Ninh residents once again expressed their gratitude to those who have made efforts to revive the palm tree. After the restoration, the love palm tree will no longer be as beautiful as the original, but the original cultural value of the love palm tree couple will forever become a memory of each Tay Ninh people. The resurrection of the tree depends on the consciousness of each person when coming to check-in here. Don’t try to climb the tree to get a nice bunch of photos, but create more weight for the jaggery couple. Still know that nothing is forever, not even everything in this world, even if it’s love, but it’s still fun to be together every day.
