These dishes are not too familiar to many families, but they are worth a try.
Northern herbs eggs
After peeling the eggs, rinse with warm water, cut into 4 equal parts. Heat oil in a pan, add pork and sauté for about 3 minutes, add bamboo shoots, salt and pepper and sauté for 2 minutes, then remove to a plate. Sauteed Peas with Tomato Cut the tomatoes into large pieces for later use and rinse the beans with water. Heat oil in a pan, pour in tomatoes, add salt and sugar, heat over high heat. Add peas, seasoning seeds, sliced green onions and stir-fry until the beans are cooked, then turn off the heat.
