Similar to the Pont des Arts bridge in Paris (France), visitors often come to Namsan Tower to celebrate love by hooking locks to the tower’s fence. Kassie shared that she and her ex once locked a padlock on the fence of this tower in the summer of 2019 and now she is back to cut it off.
