It leads to irregular periods, sometimes stopping ovulation altogether. After researching her condition, Strijd understood that her lifestyle was to blame. The lingerie angel shared: “I travel all the time (not according to my circadian rhythm), exercise daily, eat super clean (limit food). I think I should exercise more gently, I don’t abstain from food, rest when needed. I also try acupuncture, use natural supplements. In addition, my husband and I returned to the Netherlands to be close and take care of our family.”
