The work is designed in a minimalist style, with beauty like a modern sculpture.

The villa is located in the city of Valencia, Spain, on the Mediterranean coast. The work is built on an area of 313m2 in a spacious campus with swimming pool in front of the house; shaped like a modern sculpture.

The project has a two-story scale, with a combination of two stacked blocks in a minimalist style. To have a beautiful view of the sea, the structure of the house reverses the traditional rule: the bedroom is arranged on the first floor and the second floor is the living room and the kitchen – dining is located in the upper architectural block.

Building façades are strong hollow solid blocks, with no redundant decorative details. The main color is white with a modern, elegant beauty and stands out against the blue sky.

The lower architectural block overlooking the swimming pool has 4 bedrooms, connected by a long corridor. Large glass partitions outside the corridor allow maximum visibility. The walls, ceilings, and floors are all white.

The stairs in the corner of the house to the 2nd floor are also very simple. Light is a kind of “material” that accentuates any architectural shapes.

The second floor is the living room space connected with the kitchen – dining room. Black sofa set as a highlight on a white background.

The kitchen area is also all white with minimalistic interiors. The only highlight is the black oven. Cabinet system is designed in wall, outside is kitchen island. From the large space on the 2nd floor one can see the sea in the distance.

Outside the large living space – the kitchen on the second floor, above the roof of the first floor block is a place to relax.

The bedrooms have large glass walls that open to the back garden. The interior is also minimalistic with white as the main color.

The bathroom in master bedroom overlooks the green garden.

The panorama of living room and kitchen space is viewed from the first floor terrace.
