All items in the house are gilded by the owner. The owner of this unique house is Mr. Nguyen Van Trung, a famous tycoon in the field of real estate in Can Tho. Mr. Trung said that he was very impressed with the house decoration style, the interior is in gold-plated tones, so he has cherished building a house inlaid with gold for a long time. It was not until 6 years ago that he started to build this house and it took 3 years to complete. 
The house is designed on a ground floor and two floors, with lavishly decorated and overwhelming interiors. The golden villa of the giants of Vung Tau In December 2020, Ba Ria – Vung Tau police arrested Mr. Le Thai Thien (55 years old, living in Phu My town) to clarify the behavior of high interest loans and money laundering. The incident caused a stir in public opinion about this giant’s magnificent gold-plated villa on an area of more than 3,000 m2, located prominently in front of National Highway 51, passing through Phu My town. 
From the outside, the villa is as bright as gold, but according to Mr. Thien’s explanation to the previous press, the outside of the villa is only painted in yellow, only the interior details are covered with 24k gold. , including ceilings, walls and some other details. The castle inlaid with 1,500 billion gold of the giants of Ninh Binh The castle named Thanh Thang is owned by Mr. Do Van Tien (52 years old) – a businessman in Ninh Binh – business in the field of cement production. The building is located on National Highway 1A, passing through Gia Vien district (Ninh Binh). 
The project was built with a total cost of up to 1,500 billion VND. The castle was built in the European Royal style with a total area of more than 14,000m2. The work is inspired by St. Peter’s Church and works in the Vatican (Italy) combined with some pure Vietnamese details and the owner’s preferences. The interior of the castle is designed in a classical European style, with dark arched domes, high ceilings, and spaciously divided rooms. In the center of the building, the embossed details on the ceiling are all gilded. The garden house inlaid with 24k gold of the giant Hai Duong The house of giant Nguyen Van Thanh (Hai Duong) stands out with European neoclassical design style, especially, the interior of the house is plated with luxurious 24k gold. According to the disclosure of the owner, the total area of the entire project, including the house, the warehouse area, the garage and the garden is 675 m2. In which, the residential part is 160 m2 with 2.5 floors for the whole family to live. 
To have the present appearance, the house had to go through 2 phases of construction, repair and completion with a total cost of 26.6 billion VND, equivalent to 1.1 million USD. 
From the outside, the house looks like a garden villa, but entering the house, any guest must be overwhelmed by the decorative motifs inlaid with 24k gold. In the corners of the walls, or on the ceiling are gilded from pure gold leaves. The owner of the house revealed that, in order to synchronize with the design of the house, all furniture and decorations were ordered from abroad or designed in accordance with European style. There are furniture items worth nearly a billion dong, such as a 24k gold-plated chandelier set at 930 million dong, or a set of tables and chairs in the living room that also costs nearly 1 billion dong.
